“I was given a warm welcome from the staff members within a few minutes of entering the premises. The salon was very visually appealing and the staff were all very smart and stylish. I was immediately offered a seat, then a drink and handed a couple of magazines. The coffee was fresh Italian ground coffee and was absolutely delicious. The manager remembered me from my call and put me at ease by introducing me to the stylist. We had a good chat and I felt like she really listened to my ideas. The stylist talked through what she was doing in some detail so I felt very reassured, and gave me tips on how best to maintain my style or vary it a bit. I can only be extremely positive about the whole experience. There was nothing negative to point out.”
