Extracts from Mystery Shopper

“The shop was very clean and tidy. The staff member was smart yet approachable. The staff member seemed very confident and knowledgeable. I chose the wrong type of wool and she immediately helped me. She told me the benefits of using different types of wool. I discussed different levels of knitting complexity and she knew what I meant. I wouldn’t want to improve anything; she didn’t make me feel stupid for not understanding. Overall the staff member was very friendly, genuinely helpful and made suggestions. She was very knowledgeable about the goods sold which is exactly what is needed in a specialist shop. My shopping experience here was very pleasant.”
