“The shop was very clean and tidy. It is a brightly illuminated store with well stocked shelves. The staff member was smartly dressed, polite, friendly, professional and very helpful indeed. He made good eye contact and smiled as I entered the store. When asking about zinc tablets, the staff member asked if I had taken them before and was very professional, just like a pharmacist. He advised that tablets are a good food supplement and aid the body’s natural healing process. He appeared confident and knowledgeable and provided enough information for me to make an informed decision. The staff member was very helpful and provided an excellent level of service not only at the till, but for the whole visit to the store. On lasting impressions I would say that there was a friendly relaxed atmosphere and a good helpful service. The staff member had excellent product knowledge and he was polite, friendly and very helpful indeed. With regards to recommending this store to friends and family I would mark Grain as 10 out of 10. It was a very clean and tidy store with well stocked shelves, good products and very good service. I would change absolutely nothing about my visit to the store.”
