βThe building was welcoming and warm inside, clean and tidy in presentation. The member of staff was very friendly and polite and was really passionate about the work that they were doing. Obviously the member of staff knew a lot about what he was talking about and could offer good advice. The staff member made the organisation look very good. The friendliness, professional attitude and enthusiasm was of a high standard, and the level of customer service not only really sold the organisation but also made me feel valued.β
