“The outlet was welcoming, the windows were spotless and the interior was well lit, nicely maintained and very tidy. The window displays were attractive with large displays of silk flowers. I liked the displays as everything was eye-catching with products displayed in an interesting manner. There was a lovely choice of products which were attractively presented. It was small but well organised and tidy with everything priced. The staff member looked happy in her work and I was acknowledged immediately with a big smile and a ‘hello’. “
