“The outlet looked very clean and tidy, with good, well stocked window displays full of fresh meats, all good enough to buy. The staff member was well presented and well groomed in a traditional butchers apron. The staff member was very polite, friendly and helpful. I asked if there were any off-cuts of meat for dogs and any cooked meats available. The staff member was very friendly and helpful, chatting about his dog at the same time. The staff member enthusiastically sliced the cooked pork, chatting about the weather and general things. He explained that he was experimenting with new products to meet multi-cultural trends when I enquired about the pig's head on display. The staff member had very good product knowledge; he was very confident and enthusiastic. The staff member was very friendly and very genuine; I will highly recommend this store. I was given a warm and friendly welcome as I entered the store and very good service. The staff member gave me his undivided attention, he was very jolly and traditional. I was given excellent service and very good and tasty products. Nothing at all would have improved the experience, it was absolutely perfect.”
