We are one of the largest independent property investment and management companies that specialises in student accommodation in Hull. Unicom’s passion about providing high quality homes for our tenants is proved by our ever expanding portfolio of properties. Unicom have a large portfolio of student houses from 1 to 16 bedroom properties, and private houses around Newland Avenue, Princes Avenue, and the city centre. Our team prides itself on our efficient and hassle free 24 hour management service. We own all the properties that we rent, meaning you do not have to wait for us to deal with third parties – it is in our interest for our houses to be at their best. Unicom has expanded into a spectrum of property markets including retail, industrial, and high end commercial suites.
Most of our properties are within a 5 mile radius of Newland Avenue and Hull city centre. We accept Housing Benefits from over 25 year olds on our private properties.
We can offer bills inclusive packages including gas, electricity, water, broadband, and TV Licence on most of our properties. 24 hour emergency call out which is extremely important to students living away from home for the first time.
Contract management – Unicom has managed large housing contracts with the likes of Reckitt Benckiser, United Property Management, and Safehaven.
